On Friday 15th December Stotfold Good Neighbours performed their Christmas Panto: Sleeping Booty for the local community.
The Stotfold Good Neighbours Group was set up in December 2013 and have played a key role in helping the local community ever since. They help with odd jobs such as giving lifts, shopping and befriending. Stofold Good Neighbours are volunteer-run and supported by Beds RCC and Stotfold Town Council.
Those that Stotfold Good Neighbours have helped over the years, volunteers and members of the Beds RCC Good Neighbours team attended the pantomime. The performance of ‘Sleeping Booty’ (a spin-off of Sleeping Beauty) was very entertaining and enjoyed by all. The kazoo band provided entertainment half-way through with a performance of Jingle Bells, which everyone joined in with.
After the performance, everyone enjoyed some party food and spending time together.
