Warden Abbey Vineyard Participating in ‘The Big Help Out’ to Celebrate the King’s Coronation

Warden Abbey Vineyard, which is able to run due to their hardworking team of volunteers, is hosting two volunteering sessions as part of ‘The Big Help Out’.

To mark His Majesty The King’s Coronation on Saturday 6th May 2023, thousands of organisations across the United Kingdom are coming together to give everyone the opportunity to help out in their own local communities.

‘The Big Help Out’ starts on the Bank Holiday Monday (8th May) following the coronation on the Saturday. Although the volunteering opportunities start on this Monday, organisations are continuing to hold more volunteering sessions over the following weeks so people can get involved at a time that suits them.

The two sessions Warden Abbey Vineyard are running as part of this initiative are being held on Tuesday 9th and Tuesday 16th May. These taster days will give people the opportunity to find out what it’s like to help out at a community vineyard, and if they enjoy it they can become a regular volunteer.

To book on to one of the taster sessions, simply download ā€˜The Big Help Out’ app and search for ‘Warden Abbey Vineyard’.
