
We are delighted to announce that, following a thorough and considered recruitment process, our Deputy Chief Executive, Cliff Andrews, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive of Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity (Beds RCC).
Cliff has been a vital part of our leadership team for over six years, bringing exceptional dedication, insight and compassion to everything we do. His appointment reflects not only his deep understanding of our mission and values, but also the respect and admiration he has earned across the organisation and beyond.
This Board decision followed a good practice, structured, internal recruitment and selection process. Cliff demonstrated vision, capability and commitment to leading Beds RCC into its next chapter. We are thrilled with the outcome and confident that his leadership will continue to strengthen our work and impact.

Cliff will officially take up the role of Chief Executive on 1 June. Until then, he will continue to work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure a smooth transition and to maintain momentum on the key priorities that matter to our stakeholders and communities.
