Help us celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

Next weeks is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme is nature.

We’ll be sharing details on what we offer through our Green Wellbeing service on our social media channels, but we also want you to join us throughout the week by showing us how you’re using nature to help with your wellbeing.

It could be gardening, growing on your allotment, walking, running, bird watching, walking the dog, conservation volunteering, anything that involves being out and about engaging with our beautiful countryside.
